4. If you choose to checkout as a guest, you'll need to keep an eye out for the promo code box. Before you enter your first and last name, the discount code box is collapsed in the top right corner. Click the square to expand.

Returns

1. The 24S returns policy has you covered for 14 days upon receipt of goods. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.

2. To initiate the returns process, simply fill out the form that comes with your parcel and re-pack the item(s).

3. Peel off the pre-paid returns sticker and attach it to your parcel.

4. Arrange for a free DHL collection or drop your parcel off at a DHL Service Point. Refunds generally take 15 days to process once received by 24S.
