1. Let Dunelm know you wish to make a return within 28 days of making a purchase.

2. Ensure items are in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

3. Make sure you can present proof of purchase. When returning products to a store, the cardholder will usually have to be present.

4. Some products are excluded from Dunelm’s return and refund policy. These include cut-to-length fabric, plants and perishable items. Bed linen, throws and toilet seats are only eligible for a refund if they are returned unopened in their original packaging.

Dunelm next-day delivery

Dunelm offers Express Delivery for £5.95 on large items and furniture products. Next-day delivery is only guaranteed if you place an order before 8 pm Thursday. Any orders placed after that point will be delivered the following Monday.

Price match policy

If you can provide evidence that a comparable order can be found cheaper elsewhere, Dunelm will price-match the order. Eligible quotes need to be dated within 28 days of a Dunelm quote. Please note, Dunelm reserves the right to withdraw a price match offer at any point.
