What is the Expedia returns policy?

1. The Expedia returns policy allows you to cancel hotel bookings online with ease. Simply log in to your account and go to ‘My Trips’. From there, select ‘Manage Booking’ and then ‘Cancel Booking’. 

2. If you selected a refundable hotel booking, you will get your money back if you’re not too close to the check-in date. If the booking is non-refundable, you won’t receive a refund.

3. For flight bookings, sign in to your Expedia account and select ‘My Trips’. Choose the ‘Cancel Flight’ option and follow the instructions.

4. Whether or not you receive a full refund may depend on the airline's rules and restrictions. If you cancel your flight less than 24 hours after booking it, you may be able to cancel for free. Some airlines may also offer airline credit to use later rather than a straight refund.

Can I get next day delivery at Expedia?

As your Expedia booking is for a trip, there is no need for next day delivery. Your travel details will be sent to your email right away, and you can access everything on the Expedia website too.

Is there an Expedia price match policy?

Yes! If you’re an Expedia Rewards member you are eligible for the Price Match Guarantee. If you find a lower price online for a hotel that you’ve already booked with Expedia, you can check if your booking matches the Price Match Guarantee criteria and inform Expedia. They will refund you the difference.
