What is the Evri returns policy?

Evri is a courier service, so it doesn’t have a returns policy. However, you can use their services when returning unwanted items, provided the seller uses Evri for their returns. 

1. Check if your seller would like you to return your item with a pre-printed label. Or your seller may book it for you directly with Evri’s service.

2. Use the Evri app or website to return it yourself.

3. Make sure your items are packaged correctly.

4. Book your drop-off or parcel collection.

5. Courier collection can be booked between 8 am and 8 pm from Monday to Friday, or between 8 am and 6 pm on Saturdays.

6. Most Evri Parcel Shops are open until late, seven days a week.

Can I get a next-day delivery?

Of course! Drop your parcel off at your nearest Parcel Shop or Locker by 12 p.m. on any working day, and it will be delivered the following working day. Remember that it will take longer if you drop it off over the weekend. If you drop your parcel off after the cut-off time, it will be processed the next working day and delivered the following day. Next-day deliveries start from £3.20.
