What is the The Ordinary returns policy?

1. Any unwanted products can be sent back provided that they are at least 50% full and the date of purchase, as noted on the invoice/receipt, is less than 365 days (1 year) ago.

2. If you purchased a bundle or set, you must return your entire bundle or set, to be eligible for a refund; partial reimbursement is not available.

3. Shipping fees and Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

4. You can take back any product from DECIEM retail stores based in the same country as your original purchase. You must have a receipt or proof of payment to receive a refund to your original payment method.

5. If you bought your item from a DECIEM Retail Store, but cannot make it back to the store to return an unwanted item, you can return the products to one of their warehouses, listed on the website.

6. Please note that you are unable to return items to the warehouse that were purchased in a pop-up shop. Contact the Customer Happiness team to organise this type of return.
